ESPHome based AUX AC PCBA

What

This device is following this project LINK for ESPHome based AUX AC control. This project consists of full documentation for 2 layers PCB, equipped with power supply and ESP32 S3 WROOM 1 device.

SCH

The schematic LINK was generated using KiCad, consists of:

• 5 pin 2.54mm connector
• RP (reverse polarity) diode
• SMPS based power supply (TPS562203)
• ESP32 S3 WROOM 1
• button for BOOT selection
• resistors for UART protection

PCB

The resulting PCB has following features:

• 2 layers PCB, 1.6mm thickness
• 25x50mm (+connector overhang)
• single side population

BOUNDARY CONDITION

• Supply voltage range from 4.8V to 17V
• Reverse polarity protection down to -30V
