Mutual NDA & Clinic terms (v1)
Both parties keep the other's confidential information secret for 5 years and use it only to deliver this order. Your files are stored on Circuit Issues infrastructure in the EU, never in third-party SaaS, and deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them. Reviews and replacements are advisory; you remain the design authority. Liability is capped at the order fee. If you need your own NDA signed, say so in the notes — we sign it before opening any file.
