2. Products and Services

Circuit Issues provides:

  • KiCad PCB Templates - Pre-designed circuit board templates for download
  • PCB Composer Service - Custom PCB schematic design service
  • Online Tools - Free web-based tools (Current Estimation Calculator, ATSAMD Pin Configuration, Serial Monitor)
  • Blog and Educational Content - Tutorials and articles about PCB design

3. License to Digital Products

When you purchase a KiCad template or receive files from PCB Composer, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for:

  • Personal projects
  • Commercial products (you may manufacture and sell products based on our templates)
  • Modification and customization for your own use

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the template files themselves
  • Claim the designs as your own original work
  • Use the files to create competing template products

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Circuit Issues and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The KiCad templates and PCB designs we provide are our original work or properly licensed content. While you have a license to use them (see Section 3), we retain all intellectual property rights.

5. Payment and Pricing

Prices for templates and services are listed in Euros (€) and charged via Stripe. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is required before access to digital downloads or PCB Composer files is granted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our templates and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • Our templates will be error-free or suitable for your specific application
  • PCBs manufactured from our templates will work perfectly in all scenarios
  • Our online tools will be available 24/7 without interruption

Important: You are responsible for verifying all designs before manufacturing. Always review PCB layouts, component specifications, and electrical connections yourself.

7. Limitation of Liability

Circuit Issues shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use our products or services
  • Errors in templates or design files
  • Failed PCB manufacturing or product malfunctions
  • Lost profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

8. Refunds and Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, please review our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and process.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our website
  • Upload malicious code or spam our contact forms
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Cloudflare for hosting and security
